If required, it is possible to export documents in the relevant formats at any time in order to print or forward them. Conversely, larger volumes of inventory data can also be imported into the system.

luitGUARD also enables legally compliant and effective documentation by storing all data in an audit-proof manner. This means that all changes and editors can be traced at any time for the legislator thanks to continuous versioning. In addition, all required evidence and documents can be exported.

Thanks to the browser-based system, which is responsively optimized for all devices, the luitGUARD software can be used on any end device. This means, for example, that site inspections can be carried out directly on site using an iPad.
Hosting can be selected according to requirements. Cloud hosting by PROSIS GmbH enables location-independent accessibility of the data. An on-premises installation on the customer's own servers offers maximum data security.
luitGUARD also enables all processes and documents to be digitized. This is not only more sustainable, but also eliminates the need for paperwork.
