Education
Training at PROSIS
As a long-standing IHK training company, we have already received several awards in recent years for our diverse training concept.
An essential basis for this is enthusiasm for the apprenticeship itself: You bring your own curiosity, thirst for knowledge and talent. We promote your skills, impart key competencies, deepen learning content and support you in developing your personality.
We have trained many of our employees ourselves, because sustainable training is a priority for us. Our successful promotion and retention of young talent is characterized by targeted hiring and early integration into the future area of work. Right from the start, in the selection process, we focus on the interests, strengths and personality of the trainees.
