4-day week
We are one of the first IT companies in Germany and the only one in the region to establish a 4-day week with a reduction in weekly working hours from 40 to 36 hours. And all this while adhering to contractually agreed service times and with full compensation. The advantages are obvious: more time for family, hobbies and voluntary work as well as things that previously had to be done at the weekend - a big plus in personal free time and flexibility.
Flexible working hours
Depending on the project/department, we offer you flexible working time models. In consultation with your team, you can organize your working day flexibly.
Thanks to our remote work from home and from the Work Life Office or the other locations, there is generally no need to travel.

We currently offer our approximately 200 Employees The restaurant offers a rich breakfast buffet and a selection of lunch dishes free of charge every day. The high-quality ingredients used to prepare the food come from the region and are mostly organic.

ISO 9001
The successful auditing of PROSIS GmbH's quality management system, which covers the core processes of software development and test management, process and project management as well as the Academy, provides proof of DIN EN ISO 9001 certification.
This quality standard takes into account customer expectations and needs, includes the commitment of all levels of the company to fulfill the defined requirements as well as continuous improvement.
AZAV approval
The Act to Improve Integration Opportunities in the Labor Market has opened a new chapter in the approval of providers and measures to promote continuing vocational training. Only those providers who can prove their efficiency and reliability, employ qualified staff and apply a quality assurance system are approved. The PROSIS Academy has successfully provided this proof as part of a comprehensive audit.
ITIL®
ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library®) is the world's most widely used approach to IT service management. Sound knowledge of the basic concepts and core principles of ITIL best practices is therefore almost a must for every IT department. PROSIS therefore applies the principle that all employees are "ITIL Foundation" tested and certified.
PRINCE2®
PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments) is a process-oriented and scalable project management method.
PRINCE2 provides a structured framework for projects and gives the members of the project management team specific recommendations for action for each project phase based on the process model.
TISAX®
As a service provider or supplier to the automotive industry, we have to prove at regular intervals whether we meet the high requirements of our customers in terms of information security. This is often based on the VDA ISA (Information Security Assessment) requirements catalog.
At the beginning of 2017, a trustworthy exchange mechanism was created for the VDA ISA requirements catalog: TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) serves a cross-company recognition of information security assessments in the automotive industry based on a joint testing and exchange mechanism under the sponsorship of the ENX Association. Additional company-specific questionnaires have thus been replaced.
Alliance for cyber security
We have been a member of the Alliance for Cyber Security since 2018.
The Alliance for Cyber Security is an initiative of the Federal Office for Information Security. As an association of all key players in the field of cyber security in Germany, the Alliance aims to provide up-to-date and valid information on threats in cyberspace. The initiative also supports the exchange of information and experience between the participants.
SCRUM
In the field of agile project management according to SCRUM, we have been a certified training partner of the TÜV SÜD Examination Institute for the "Foundation", "Master" and "Product Owner" levels since 2019.
SCRUM is a framework for agile project management in which initially unclear requirements and solutions can be flexibly and transparently adapted to the project.
The SCRUM certification exams are based on the official curricula of ITEMO e.V. (International IT Education Management Organization).
By introducing SCRUM in accordance with an internationally recognized standard, we not only achieve respect and openness within the team, but also transparency and continuous improvement in our processes.
Red Hat Business Partner
We have been a Red Hat Business Partner in the Certified Cloud and Service Provider program since 2018 and achieved Advanced Status as part of this partnership at the beginning of 2020.
The program enables partners to offer their customers enterprise-level cloud and managed services to overcome their challenges in the digital transformation environment.
This includes solutions and services to optimize IT processes and development processes, reduce costs and at the same time improve operational flexibility.
With this program, partners now have the opportunity to offer their customers demand-oriented and flexible prices for the support of Red Hat components.
We currently have Red Hat Sales accreditations, 3 Red Hat Sales Engineer accreditations and 13 Red Hat Delivery accreditations (status as of: 31.01.2020).
